Staff Professional Learning

Our staff all participate in professional learning activity on a regular basis.  For teaching staff there are regular staff meetings, team meetings and training opportunities.  

Last week the early years team ran a professional development session for the primary staff.  They shared their planning, curriculum, assessment and tracking processes, observation strategies and other important parts of their daily work.  

This process, of learning how others work, helps us all to learn new approaches and is a great stimulus to reflection on our own ways of operating.
